Das Gef\u00fchl der Br\u00fcderlichkeit erweckt zum Leben einer neuen Gemeinschaf und dass ist ein weiterer erreichbarer Traum, den wir gemeinsam tr\u00e4umen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>

Bringen Sie Ihre Gedanken in eine Umgebung des Friedens und des Dienstes, in der sich alle als Br\u00fcder erkennen, und Sie werden zur Nation Ubuntu gelangen, der neben einem Fl\u00fcchtlingslager in Malawi errichtet wurde, einem Nachbarland von Mosambik.<\/p>

Das Fl\u00fcchtlingslager gibt es seit 1994, eigentlich eingerichtet um auf einen Notfall, eine Krise, zu reagieren. Sie bringt Hoffnung und l\u00e4dt alle ein, die stille Freude einer neuen Welt zu Leben. Die gro\u00dfe Mehrheit der Kinder und Jugendlichen hat keinen Zugang zur Schule, die Nahrung ist unzureichend und es gibt keine Chancen oder M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Arbeit.<\/p>

Unser Ziel ist es, diese Lebensgeschichten zu ver\u00e4ndern und Kindern, Jugendlichen und der gesamten Bev\u00f6lkerung von mehr als 52.000 Fl\u00fcchtlingen und Malawi Bev\u00f6lkerung in einer verletzlichen Situation ein neues Lebensmodell \u2013 eine neue Chance \u2013 zu bieten. Nach und nach unterbreiten wir ihnen den Vorschlag f\u00fcr ein Zusammenleben und Sp\u00fcren die Reaktion aus dem Herzen eines jeden von ihnen.<\/p>

Ubuntu ist ein Gedanke der Liebe und alle Herzen, die bereit sind zu lieben, sind eingeladen, Teil dieser Gemeinschaft zu werden, indem sie lernen beim Aufbau zu helfen. Alles darin geschieht zum Wohl aller. Bildung, Ern\u00e4hrung, Ausbildung f\u00fcr die Arbeit, Produktionswerkst\u00e4tten, dass alles gest\u00fctzt auf der Basis der Bildungseinstellung von Ubuntu.<\/p>

Das Projekt bietet Workshops zu Agroforstwirtschaft, Biokohle, Schneiderei und Seifenherstellung an, die den Bewohnern Einkommen verschaffen und ihnen eine berufliche Erfahrung erm\u00f6glichen. Durch diese Ma\u00dfnahmen hat FSF-Arbeitspl\u00e4tze geschaffen. Insgesamt besch\u00e4ftigen wir \u00fcber 137 Mitarbeiter.<\/p>

Das Ubuntu-Projekt verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 10 Hektar Land, um die Agroforstwirtschaft auszubauen. Es sind 6 Mitarbeiter, die an dieser T\u00e4tigkeit arbeiten, mit dem Ziel, nachhaltig Nahrungsmittel zu produzieren, um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Projekts selbst zu decken und gleichzeitig Einkommen durch den Verkauf zu generieren.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Sie lernen, wie man Pflanzenkohle herstellt \u2013 die Energie, die aus der Natur kommt, Einkommen schafft und der Gesundheit nicht schadet. Die L\u00f6sung kam im Juli 2018 in Madagaskar – der Stadt der Br\u00fcderlichkeit \u2013 wo t\u00e4glich 1500 Briketts hergestellt werden. Gefl\u00fcchtete Frauen auf Malawi brauchen unsere Hilfe, um ihre Kinder zu ern\u00e4hren. Sie \u00fcberleben in einem der \u00e4rmsten L\u00e4nder der Welt. Kriegsfl\u00fcchtlinge, Witwen, allein, verzweifeln auf der Suche nach Nahrung f\u00fcr ihre Kinder. Im Jahr 2021 wurde die Kapazit\u00e4t zur Betreuung von Kindern in der Ubuntu Nation School Initiative (Ubuntu Schule) erweitert. Es wurde der Abschluss von 90 Sch\u00fclern der Vorschule gefeiert, die in die Grundschule \u00fcbergegangen sind.<\/p>

Mit der Er\u00f6ffnung der neuen Klassen haben die Kinder die Chance, ihre Studien fortzusetzen, neue Lehrer wurden eingestellt und erhielten eine Schulung und p\u00e4dagogische Vorbereitung. Aktuell sind mehr als 322 Sch\u00fcler im Vorschul- und Grundschulbereich eingeschrieben und 60 Babys in der Krippe.
